We want to be upfront about this: Loobiya does not sell your personal information, and we never have. This page exists mainly because certain state privacy laws, like California's CCPA, require businesses to explain this clearly and give customers a way to submit a request — so here's exactly where things stand.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
The only reason we collect information like your name, email, address, or payment details is to process your order, communicate with you, and run our store smoothly. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic, and we work with Shopify and our payment processors to handle checkout — but none of this involves selling your data to third parties for money, or sharing it for cross-context advertising purposes.

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT
If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information. Since we don't engage in either practice, there's technically nothing to opt out of — but if you'd still like to formally submit a request, or if you have any concern about how your data is being used, just email us and we'll confirm this in writing and address anything specific you're worried about.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Email us at contact@loobiya.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request," along with your name and the email address associated with your order (if you've placed one). We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a full response within 45 calendar days, as required by law (this timeframe may be extended by an additional 45 days in certain cases, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it).
OTHER PRIVACY RIGHTS
Beyond this specific request, you also have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. Details on all of this are in our Privacy Policy.
