🌎 Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the United States and proudly deliver to customers across all 50 U.S. States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Our standard Handling Time is 1–2 Business Days. During this time, your order is verified, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment.

🛒 Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily Order Cut-Off Time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💲 No Hidden Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. The only shipping fee we charge is our Standard Shipping rate of $9.99. There are no hidden shipping charges, handling fees, or additional shipping costs beyond what is clearly displayed during checkout.

📦 Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and order details.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (when available). You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Loobiya is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

✏️ Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

📦 Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
