Do you ship internationally, or only within the U.S.?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but it's something we're working on expanding in the future.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days before shipping out. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5โ€“8 business days. We offer one flat-rate Standard Shipping option at $4.99 โ€” no hidden fees, and the same rate applies to every order.
How can I track my order once it ships?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it right up to delivery. If you haven't received tracking info within 2 business days of ordering, just reach out and we'll check on it.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item, as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and has its tags attached. Items that arrive damaged or defective are always eligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of condition.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No โ€” returns with Loobiya are completely free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid shipping label, and there are no restocking or handling fees.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to post it to your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. Just let us know when you request your return, and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size or color at no extra cost, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet โ€” all processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify Payments and our payment partners โ€” we never see or store your full card details. We also don't sell your personal information to anyone.
