Common Questions
At Loobiya, we securely process and fulfill your orders through Shopify. We protect your sensitive data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and adhere to strict PCI-DSS requirements for secure payment processing. We never sell your personal data.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. We provide zero-cost return processing, meaning there are absolutely no return shipping fees or restocking charges for our customers. To start a return, email us at contact@loobiya.com.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will automatically process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We offer Standard Shipping within the United States which delivers in 4 to 6 business days at a flat rate of $9.99. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also support secure digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed in United States Dollars (USD).
California residents can exercise their right to opt-out under the CCPA. You can submit a formal request by emailing us at contact@loobiya.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or by calling us at +1 (234) 901-2041.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions of our Refund Policy.
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@loobiya.com. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and proudly deliver to customers across all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
